Our home IT support is no nonsense and no "techno-babble". We offer a free initial diagnostic period (typically 15 minutes on the telephone or via our remote access service) and then a free, no obligation estimate for completing the task (if we can't solve it during the initial free period).
We have a No fix, No Fee policy - In the unlikely event we cannot fix your issue, we will not charge you a penny - however donations to cover our costs are gratefully received 🙂
We have a remote access service so, as long as you have broadband internet access, we can log in to your computer from our offices and carry out remote diagnostics and upgrades.
If your issue requires us to visit you, no problems - our on-site service will cost no extra. We charge a fixed hourly rate and don't charge for travel time or mileage within a 10 mile radius of the HP12 postcode area. If you happen to live beyond this, we encourage you to contact us via the form on the right to discuss - we can be very flexible.
